We’ve Been In This Industry Over 20 Years.

My wife Joleen and I have been in this business for over 20 years, not long after we got married.

In that time, you learn a lot.

You see single trucks turn into fleets. You see hardworking operators build real businesses off the back of a few vehicles. You see families, livelihoods, and futures tied to this industry.

And when you’ve been around that long, doing the job properly matters more with every passing year.

Because somewhere along the way, customers stop being customers.

They become mates.

There’s a truck here that’s a bit special to us.

THIS IS ADAM

This truck belonged to a mate of ours, Adam, who sadly passed away from cancer in June 2025.

If you look at the back, it says: Adam’s Last Ride.

We worked with Adam for nearly 18 years, but he was never just a customer. He was a mate.

We spent plenty of evenings on the phone while he was driving interstate, talking shop, having a laugh, and helping the trip go quicker.

Our eldest daughter’s first outing, at just five weeks old, was to Adam and Julie’s wedding.

That’s not business. That’s life.

That’s not business. That’s life. And he’s dearly missed.

That’s why we care the way we do.

Because behind every truck is a person. A driver. A family. A business relying on it. A reputation attached to it.

When you’ve been in this game long enough, you see what happens when things are guessed, rushed, or done on the cheap. Small imbalances turn into big damage. Cheap work turns into expensive problems.

That’s why we don’t guess. And it’s why we invested heavily in proper roller brake testing.Because we don’t want you hoping it’s right. We want you knowing it is.

why we don’t just guess.

I’ve seen small imbalances turn into big damage. I’ve seen what cheap work turns into.

Once you’ve seen enough of that, you stop cutting corners. That’s why we invested huge capital into proper roller brake testing.
Because I don’t want you hoping it’s fine. I want you knowing it’s right.
